The Chancellor and Board of Trustees of GTU would like to welcome you to our Web site and introduce you to an important and transformational development in higher education.

The Crisis of the Western Academy

The trustees of GTU are acutely aware that the quality and substance of American and Western higher education has been compromised and the content of the curriculum debased to the point where higher education throughout the United States and the Western World lacks both focus and foundation and is now recognized by knowledgeable scholars as being in crisis.

The Organic Philosophy of Education

The trustees of GTU consider it their main responsibility to address the crisis of American and Western higher education by introducing the seminal revelations of organic law, the science of power, and the organic philosophy of education, into the mainstream of Western intellectual contemplation and academic curricula.

The Revelations of Organic Law and the Science of Power

GTU will use the seminal revelations of organic law and the science of power to allow students to penetrate the erroneous concepts and conclusions of traditional economics, a subject that can safely be called "The Mother Science" of any society.  These revelations will give students an expanded knowledge of the forces that direct economies and lie behind the deteriorating economic and social conditions of the United States and the nations of Western Civilization. These insights will not only enhance students' intellectual horizons and levels of understanding, they will also allow them to constructively enrich their lives and improve their careers.

By combining the transformational revelations of organic law with the latest technological advances and distance learning, GTU will be in a position to change the face of higher education in America and throughout the Western World and move mankind from the preorganic to the organic era of human history.

What We Are

GTU is a seminal institution of higher learning ushering in the organic era of human history.

GTU is a product of the intellectual transformations of organic law and the science of power that provided the conceptual foundations for the resolution of the Money and Civilization Questions that have perplexed mankind for millenniums.  Because of the seminal nature of its curriculum GTU is not yet an accredited university, but it will move to obtain accreditation at the earliest opportunity.

GTU was founded by Roger C. Elletson to bring the Western Academy and the world the intellectual implications and academic changes that flow from the conceptual transformations underlying the resolution of the Money and Civilization Questions.

GTU will make the study of the power parameters of monetary understanding central to the academic curriculum and thereby provide a new generation of students with both the conceptual and practical ability to redress the abasement of American and Western higher education.  Students will also be intellectually equipped to correct the debilitating effects of the academic pseudologies deceptively used to further the agendas of international finance behind the facade of education.

What We Will Offer

For the first time in history, GTU will create a New Academy and make enlightened education generally accessible through:

  1. A new type of university;
  2. A new curriculum;
  3. A new academy;
  4. A new way of learning;
  5. Student centered tuition.

A New Type of University

GTU is being initially established as a "virtual university" - a "cyber" university that is not bound by its physical location because it doesn't have a traditional campus.  By embracing the latest technology GTU will be able to bring classes to its students wherever they are.

A New Curriculum

GTU will offer original degree programs, certificate programs, and seminar programs, as well as individual courses initially in the subject areas of Parapometrics, the science of power, and organic law. In order to provide proper support for its education programs and courses, GTU will establish an online library, an online bookstore, and a telephone and e-mail advising and mentoring service.

A New Academy

The revelations of Parapometrics, the science of power, and organic law, will transform the foundations of the current academy and move the world from the preorganic to the organic era of human history.  These revelations will provide the foundations of monetary understanding thus far missing from the history of the Western Academy.  They will allow GTU to fulfill the aspirations of Plato and his Academy and, through the creation of a new academy, advance Plato's insights to the level of organic understanding thereby signaling the end of the preorganic era of human history and the inauguration of the organic era.

GTU represents a new type of university, designed to create a new academy on the foundations of a new curriculum and a new and transformational paradigm of higher education. GTU is a child of the seminal creations of organic theology and law and the Parapometrics methodology, the science of power.

GTU will use the organic philosophy of education to bring the study of the power-paradigms of money, the pseudology of economics, and the agendas of the Money Power into the mainstream of the American and Western academic curricula.

GTU will use every form of technology-from the Internet to the postal service-in creating a "virtual university" to deliver its new curriculum.

GTU will coordinate courses from conventional universities and offer distance learning courses and programs in Parapometrics and organic law through the International Parapometrics Institute.  Eventually GTU will provide traditional courses and programs directly through associated universities.

GTU will use both traditional course credit instruction and "competency-based" education in its new curricula.   "Competency-based" education will recognize applicable knowledge and skills acquired at traditional colleges and universities and in the workplace, and credit that knowledge and those skills toward your GTU degree.

GTU is looking for qualified partners from every sector of society to share its vision and contribute their areas of expertise and financial support to the creation of a new curriculum and
a new academy.

A New Way of Learning

In crafting its degree and certification programs, GTU will combine the traditional study methods of college credits with competency-based knowledge and skills acquired at other academic institutions or in the workplace.

Student Centered Tuition

GTU degree programs and courses will be crafted to recognize and utilize the curricula of other accredited education providers in meeting student's goals, schedules, career objectives, and scholarly aspirations.

Non-Accreditation

All prospective students should understand that while GTU will pursue accreditation in due course, it is not yet an accredited university.

For career oriented students, study programs through GTU will thus preferably be coordinated with selective study programs through accredited colleges and universities.

The GTU Advantage

GTU is being established as a "virtual university" with a global reach centered around a new curriculum.  It will combine traditional course credit instruction with competency-based education.  But by far the greatest advantage for students of GTU will be the nature of its new curriculum crafted to reflect the intellectually transformational revelations of the science of power and organic law. Graduates of GTU's International Parapometrics Institute will be the first to make the transition from the preorganic to the organic era of human history.

GTU will collaborate with other qualified institutions of higher learning, leading corporations, governments, politicians, clergy and other individuals to ensure that its courses, degrees and certificate programs, and seminars are of the highest professional and academic caliber.  Not only will GTU provide students with the advantages of convenience, choice, flexibility, value and access, it will give them, as well, the incalculable advantage  providing the dream of all philosophers, the gateway to understanding.

GTU will let you learn where you want and when you want.

Choice

GTU will encourage students to study certain courses at other accredited colleges and universities, and to combine those courses, where appropriate, toward acquiring traditionally recognized degrees that will be recognized by GTU as well.   While GTU maintains an uncompromising commitment to scholarship, it will also give academic credit for knowledge acquired through personal study and demonstrated expertise under its competency-based education program.

Flexibility

In today's Information Age, more and more people are becoming disillusioned with the market place and its constant focus on accommodating advancing technology and the worship of material acquisitions.  Today's transitional generations are  looking beyond the market place and seeking a higher purpose for life.  They are searching beyond the superficial materialism of money and seeking a deeper understanding of social and spiritual forces.  For a growing number of people GTU will be able to open the door to this understanding through its new organic curriculum and its use of the latest technology.

Value

GTU is not yet an accredited university.  The value, therefore, of its degrees, courses and seminars lies in the unique nature of GTU's new curriculum based on the revelations of the Parapometrics methodology, the science of power, and organic law.  In time, GTU will establish accreditation for its new curriculum.

Access

GTU will be able to combine the global reach of technologywith its new curriculum to provide a unique educational opportunity and thebroadest possible access to its degrees and courses.
